Walking is a great activity to help you meet your health and fitness goals.  It is a wonderful way to see new places and meet fun people.  While this is mainly a walking group, we occasionally post other fitness activities such as hiking, biking or kayaking. The Eastside/Seattle Dachshund Meetup Group welcomes all Dachshund owners and their pets! We meet at dog-friendly locations twice a month, with occasional special events. In the winter months we meetup inside and when the weather gets better we meet at ofleash dog areas so the dogs have fun and we can get some sun and fresh air!!

My Airedale, Cheddar Pancakes, is the main reason for the creation of this group. While we enjoy exploring the island on our own, we would love to meet other dog/owner pairs to share our outings with.
